STEP 1

Comprehensive male fertility evaluation

We perform complete seminal analysis that evaluates concentration, progressive motility and morphology according to WHO standards, in addition to hormonal tests for testosterone, FSH, LH and prolactin.

STEP 2

Specialized selection of donor and pregnant woman

We accompany you in the selection of egg donors with desired physical characteristics and genetic analysis to rule out hereditary diseases as well as the surrogate mother with rigorous medical and psychological evaluation.

STEP 3

Comprehensive legal and medical coordination

We coordinate all legal aspects including surrogacy contracts, financial compensation, medical coverage and procedures for the legal recognition of affiliation according to specific state laws.

STEP 4

Procedures with advanced technology

We use techniques such as ICSI for cases of compromised sperm parameters, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis when necessary, and cryopreservation of embryos with vitrification techniques.

STEP 5

Follow-up and birth

Continuous medical support throughout the pregnancy with specialized monitoring up to the time of birth and legal delivery of the baby according to established agreements.

What do we offer you?

Advanced reproductive technology

We use intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) that allows fertilization with a single sperm cell, allowing biological paternity even with extremely compromised sperm parameters.

Specialized genetic evaluation

We perform genetic evaluations that include karyotyping to detect chromosomal anomalies, analysis of Y chromosome microdeletions, and tests for specific mutations such as CFTR.

Advanced sperm evaluation techniques

We offer sperm DNA fragmentation tests to evaluate genetic integrity, advanced sperm selection techniques such as MACS and PICSI, and specialized surgical procedures for obtaining sperm.

Flexible genetic material options
