What is freezing and sharing eggs?

The freeze and share program is a modality where a young, healthy woman shares her eggs with recipients while preserving eggs for herself. During an ovarian stimulation cycle, multiple eggs are obtained that are divided according to the number obtained.

Who can participate in the freeze and share program?

Women aged 21-35 with excellent physical and mental health, adequate AMH (>2.0 ng/ml), normal BMI (18.5-25), non-smokers, with no significant family history of genetic diseases, and who undergo extensive medical, genetic and psychological evaluations.

How are eggs divided between donation and preservation?

Typically 50/50, but may vary depending on the total number obtained. If <10 eggs are obtained, personal preservation is prioritized. With 10-20 eggs, equitable division. With >20 eggs, it may slightly favor female recipients. Agreements are established before the cycle.

How much money do I save with this program vs standard preservation?

You can save 50-70% of total preservation costs. The program covers medical procedures, evaluations, and initial storage.

Can I meet the recipients of my eggs?

No. The process is completely anonymous to protect the privacy of both parties. There is no exchange of identifiable information between donors and recipients, although relevant medical information is shared anonymously.

Does participating as a donor affect my future fertility?

It doesn't affect your future natural fertility. Donated eggs would have been lost naturally in that menstrual cycle. You don't reduce your total ovarian reserve or preempt menopause. You keep your eggs preserved for future use.

Freeze and share: your solidarity process starts here

From the initial evaluation to the preservation of your eggs, each stage is designed so that you can preserve your fertility in an accessible way while helping other women fulfill their dream of motherhood.

Let's start your journey!

STEP 1

Specialized comprehensive evaluation

We perform comprehensive medical evaluation including AMH, basal hormones, ultrasound, genetic analysis, infectious disease testing, and psychological evaluation to confirm eligibility as a donor and preserve our own fertility.

STEP 2

Preparation and coordination

We coordinate timing with recipients, synchronize cycles when necessary, provide guidance on the donation process, set realistic expectations about egg division, and ensure compliance with all legal and medical requirements.

STEP 3

Optimized ovarian stimulation

We use stimulation protocols designed to maximize ovarian response with doses higher than standard preservation, intensive monitoring to optimize follicular development, and continuous adjustments to obtain as many mature eggs as possible.

STEP 4

Specialized division and processing

The eggs obtained are individually evaluated for quality, divided according to pre-established agreement (typically 50/50), eggs for recipients are used fresh or temporarily vitrified, and own eggs are vitrified for future personal preservation.

STEP 5

Personal monitoring and preservation

We maintain post-procedure follow-up, store your preserved eggs in optimal conditions, provide guidance on future use for your own family, and coordinate future treatments when you decide to use them.

What do we offer you?

Ethical and transparent program

We maintain rigorous criteria for donor-preservative selection, a transparent egg division process with clear agreements, specialized psychological evaluation to ensure an informed decision, and strict compliance with national and international donation regulations.

All-inclusive experience

We coordinate all aspects: complete medical and psychological evaluation, synchronization with recipients, optimized ovarian stimulation, specialized medical procedures, personal preservation and long-term monitoring of both parts of the process.

Significant cost reduction

The program reduces personal preservation costs by 50-70% compared to standard cycles, includes medical procedures, required evaluations, and initial storage of preserved eggs, making fertility preservation accessible.

Ongoing specialized support

We provide specialized counseling throughout the process, emotional support for the donation experience, medical coordination between donor and recipient, post-procedure follow-up, and future guidance on the use of preserved eggs for our own family.
